"Ughhh. Where to start? The first set of batteries lasted a long time. After that, needed changing every two weeks. At times, the display reads all eight's and even following the directions, the display won't clear to bring up the Language, brightness and area code menus. It doesn't allow us to delete old numbers. It doesn't update the date and time between the first and second rings. New batteries display as half strength.

Looks great and is sturdy, but doesn't deliver the features it claims to. Save your money. Buy something else."
