"I just bought the adapter so that I could use my MS Sidewinder Precision Pro joystick, and guess what- it just doesn't work. My computer recognizes that a USB game controller is plugged in, but it just doesn't respond to any inputs. Can't calibrate, can't do anything. It looks like the packaging, instructions, and website all fail to mention that it's incompatible with the most popular brand of game port joystick. I'm returning it right now and going to a real electronics store to get a new joystick."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
