"Don't buy this if at all possible. I just got it 4 days ago, and it completely stopped working last night. The logo shows up when I turn it on, but it never goes past that. The only way to shut it off now is to remove the battery. It didn't work very well before it conked out though. If I pushed a button after it had been sitting for a while, it would stop playing. I could still go through the menus, but the music wouldn't play, and I couldn't turn it off. I would have to take the battery out, wait at least 5 minutes for it to load again, and go through the same process about 3 times. On my 25 minutes bus ride to work, I listened to maybe 10 minutes worth of music. I thought RCA was a brand I could trust, but I probably won't be buying anything else from them anytime soon."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
