"I love to cook and a good range is very important to me. My husband and I decided to renovate our kitchen and we bought quite a few Samsung appliances. We really enjoy the stove for about three months, but found that the stove top is very hard to clean. Unfortunately, the other day when I pulled out a small baking dish and accidentally tapped it lightly against the side of the oven door and to my surprise the whole front door was covered with spiderweb lines. The door was totally broken. My range is still under warranty, but the costumer service people were not very helpful. They kept telling me that it is considered physical damage and not manufacture defect, so they can't do anything for me. It was very disappointing since I didn't even have to hit it very hard to break the glass door. Now I have to pay for the repairs of the glass door within three months of my purchase date."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

"We purchased FCQ321HTUX model. After just one baking the oven door glass developed a 'rainbow' discoloration. The serviceman brought a new glass for replacement but it looked even worse to start with. The ceramic top started to show pinholes very soon and they are now all over the top. I would not recommend this range to anybody. Samsung may be good in electronics but they appear to be beginners when it comes to the glass technology.
