Sansui HDLCD1900 19" Wide HD LCD TV Review

"I was excited to see what appreared to be a quality LCD tv for such a great price. However, when we plugged it up our excitement quickly turned to disappointement. The design is sleek and fits nicely in our bedroom without becoming the overwhelming focal point in the entire room, but the picture and sound quality leave lots to be desired. The first thing we noticed, as soon as we turned it on, was that the resolution was no better then our analog tv. We kept trying to tweak it according to Sansui's instructions, but to no avail. Also, you have to turn it way up to hear clearly. It has a lot of great features but they pale in comparison to what you don't get with this set. I'm only glad we didn't order the larger set...we'd be even more disappointed. Keep trying Sansui, better luck next time. Needless to say, it goes back and the hunt for a perfect bedroom set continues."
