"I had this model for about 4 years and loved it - for the price, the suction is great, and the roller brush attachment is its best quality (great for getting cat hair off furniture, and superior for a quick clean to your car floormats and fabric seats). I left it in my old apartment when I moved out of state, thinking it was getting a little ratty after 4 years of use and I could easily find a replacement. I did NOT easily find a replacement after moving; I tried another brand and it was horrible. I found my replacement on Overstock and was thrilled when it arrived.Unfortunately, it flat out quit working after about a week. Thankfully Overstock's customer service is top notch and they sent me a new one hassle free, as well as a return label to send back the broken one. I did not lose any money because of shipping, and getting this problem resolved was quick and easy with Overstock's live chat with customer service. I am hoping this refurbished Shark will last me many years!"
