"I need to understand better how to set the temperature for baking, is it the same or is it lower? Esp. in baking fish and baked goods. I want to use glass baking dishes and they all have grip extension on the sides and it adds to the width, I want to be able to fit a 9x13 pan. They often get stuck in the turning. It is a supplement oven as my built in is very small. Hoping it will be great at holiday time. I like not having to heat my bigger oven up for baking a pan of bars etc. Over all great for what I want."
