"Unhappy with this product. Mac user, accompanying software mini-disk doesn't fit slot loaded Mac (despite package labeling). Went to website on package (nothing in instruction book about customer service or troubleshooting), [@], found software download. Does not download correctly from site until several attempts. Once downloaded, software either freezes when opening icon & locks computer, or comes up with icon which says "you must hold down power button and turn off your computer" in 5 different languages. Four hours later, stuck in a do loop. Not easy, not intuitive, not user-friendly. Looks cheap and rickety, too, notice lots of complaints from folks who breathed on theirs & they no longer worked."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
