"I'm a new Grandma and I was very excited to get these key chains - what a great idea! However, the keychains can connect to a USB port on the computer, but is not recognizable by the computer without loading the keychain's software. Only problem is that the CD is a MINI CD. If you have a slot-loading CD drive on your computer (my laptop is a slot-load), you're stuck without an adapter to hold the mini!! I've had the product for several weeks now, and need to go and find an adapter to be able to load the software! The manufacturer really goofed on this one - I've totally lost my excitement and motivation to actually get the keychain up and running!"
