"We live in Colorado and I can only get the remote to work our TV, so it's pretty much a waste because we just have another remote that does the same function. Believe it or not, Sony wasn't listed on all of the appliances to program (they divided the codes up to program the remote by TV, DVD, VCR, Cable, etc.) and it didn't work with my DVD/VCR combo or our cable (Comcast) box.

Great product, if it worked with others. I was shocked that Sony wasn't on some of the lists (like the the DVD/VCR combo - there were only like 5 choices) and that Motorola wasn't on the cable list, when those are both major products."
