"I have heard so much about detoxing and the positive side effects of increased energy, lack of cravings, ect. Being very skeptical, I tried this gentle detox and it worked great! I am very food cautious and eat healthy so I didn't follow the meal plan, but I do feel that I still lost weight. By the 2nd day I had already felt an increase in energy and more slender than the day before. I am trying to increase my lean body mass and that means fighting off cravings for foods, and now that I have started a new diet I do not crave the same food as before. Others have said this product tasted horrible, but I had no problems with it. Worked great!"
