"I just wanted to let everyone know that this product claims to be a "detox cleanse" when really all it works as is a gentle laxative. You can save your money and buy docolax! I did the whole 7 days, and I found that it did help me go to the bathroom, but I had a lot of gas and cramping with the product, but not overly severe. I did lose 3 pounds over the week, however I was also dieting (about 1400 calories a day) and exercising while taking it. I didn't take it with the recommended diet and exercise plan, since I follow one of my own, but their plan was basically to put you on a low calorie diet as well, so there really wasn't anything unique about the diet. If you feel irregular due to bad eating and are about to start a weight loss journey, you can take this product if you want to start going regularly again. Just keep in mind, this product in and of itself is not going to make you lose weight, it will just make you go to the bathroom a lot!"
