"I purchased this steamer for items that I could never put an iron to and to avoid professional steaming costs. Well, I plugged it in today and got started on several items... it works great! All my items came out wrinkle-free after I finished. I did not experience any shut-offs. However, while steaming the first garment, I did get water spots on the garment, but after that one, I did not experience it with any other garments.The only things that I do not like about the steamer, is the top portion of the pole. The base and mid-section are pretty sturdy, but the top section of the pole had to be tightened a couple of times. Also, I wish the hose was a little longer. Overall, it's good buy. I would definitely recommend this item."
