"This pillow isn't for everyone. My wife and I both bought one. She found hers uncomfortable because she likes to sleep on her back, and of course the pillow is designed to prevent that. My wife no longer uses her pillow. I have mild sleep apnea and I think the pillow helps with that. Even without using the arm loops on the bottom, the pillow encourages you to sleep on your side with your head tilted slightly downward. This causes your jaw to fall forward when you relax during sleep, thus reducing snoring and apnea. Yeah, it was a little uncomfortable at first, but after some use, I find the pillow quite comfortable now. Again, I don't use the arm loops, but even without that I still rarely wake up on my back anymore. I kept the plastic carrying bag the pillow came in and use it to transport the pillow everywhere I go. The pillow case on the pillow started to tear after a few washings, so I've bought an extra pillow case. This pillow case seems to be a little more sturdy than the one that comes on the pillow.
