"First off, I have reviewed ALL camcorders before this purchase and it is the BEST in it's class! If you are a pro, expert, or just want to get into filming as a hobbiest, you will want to buy an accessory kit for this cam. This cam has everything you will need to use for your home, sports events or whatever you intend to use it for. I do want to point out (right real quick) that some of the reviews stating on hear about the low light level being horrible, but it's not!I actually video taped my son playing in his music band were he goes to college, and let me tell you it was dark! 50ft. away! The camcorder performed flawlessly when switched to the night mode and the video turned out as if you video taped in the day! The video and stills have Great quality!Well, their are so many features on this cam it is hard to list all of them, so read the specs. on it. The only thing that I would have liked to seen on this cam is a viewfinder, but hey, it's no big deal! I give it a 5 star even if it don't have a viewfinder. The battery that comes with it also lasted 4 to 5hrs before recharging! This cam is the next best thing to HDTV.I purchased this camcorder for special events and outdoor recreation and being a hobbiest you WILL NOT go wrong with the purchase of this camcorder. So Go Ahead And Buy It Now! You won't regret it![...]"
