"Sturdy equipment, easy setup, no need for a spotter... You can Not do incline or decline bench press ( but, I knew that when purchasing it )... The picture says it all, no need to get mad @ Sports Authority, if you don't like it ( many other big retailers also sell this one )... The best thing is, you can load it up with weight and you don't need a spotter ( and it looks good )... Nice addition, to any home gym..."
