"This set is a life saver. I play baseball for my college and in the off season it's hard to work out because the school gym is really packed. This set was cheap, easy to use, and gave me great results. I put on 10lbs of muscle just in the off season and I owe it all to this set. If you don't have a lot of space like I do this set folds down to half it's size."
