"I was timid to get a bed over the Internet but at the price I thought I would give it a shot. The bed came in about 2 weeks and was not damaged in anyway. This bed is firm and it sleeps great, normally I would wake up a few times with my back hurting but not with this bed! I love it! The delivery people called me a few days before they were set to deliver to tell me that they had the bed. Then they called back to setup a delivery time with about a 4 hour window. They were here within the first 30 mins of that window which was great. Get this bed, you won't regret it!"
