"The recumbent bike is so convenient and compact. When I am using the bike, I find that it is easy on the joints, and it does not make too much noise as I am pedaling. The bike is not to hard to adjust for ones height and the level of resistance. I like to watch the moniter as I am excercising to see how fast I am going, how far I have gone, how much time has been spent, and how many calories I have been burning for each day."
