"After being taken off of Hormone Replacement Therapy, I was experiencing over 20 hot flashes a day, and several times throughout the night. I didn't want to go back on HRT, so I decided to try this product. I started with the extra strength and it took a month, but now my hot flashes have been substantially reduced to less than 10 a day. I believe that stress can trigger a flash, so I know that I'll never be totally free of them, but at least I can deal with them better.
