"I highly recommend this to any age kid. My son just turned 3 and will be swimming on his own by end of summer because of this. It is great because its not big and bulky like the arm swimmies or tube swim suit. My child is confident swimming with it and goes all over the pool, he even runs and jumps in with it! The only thing that is negative is his shoulders are red after he wears it. I've adjusted to the longest width but it still rubs his shoulders. However that doesnt stop him!"
