"Don't think "fry", instead think convection baking/roasting. Chicken came out tender, juicy and crispy. Duck cooked beautifully (first I steamed it Chinese style, then I crisped it in the flavor wave 400 degrees for 30 minutes) and it was superb. Pork steaks cooked beautifully, as did a fruit tart. I would purchase this again in a heartbeat."
