"It steams like crazy and one would think that it would remove anything and everything from the surface it is in contact with.
I purchased this specifically for a cat room that my husband and I have in our house. (We rescue animals). We have just plain old linoleum on the floor. Very easy to clean surface. But there are some things that wouldn't come off easy (and I clean this room several times a day, so I bought this product. It steams the dirt away, but forget anything that may be hard to clean up.
The steam makes the mop cloth saturated with water and it's just another mop but more expensive.
I paid a lot of money for this product hoping it would take care of my needs to have it not. Money we don't have and to spend on something that doesn't work.
So my review on this product is that it isn't very good.
Sorry"

"I, too am active in rescue tho' my 6 guys are also long-term fosters. I have 6 total and while I don't have pee-pee stains, hairballs leave their mark on the carpet, food stains on the ceramic tile (as all animal-lovers do).
I watched this infomercial with great interest but a critical eye because I know the difference in steam cleaners. I also have a cleaning business ergo, strong interest & more than 1 reason for the appeal in a light, compact product that really works. Plastic vs steel heating chambers and the temperature and power that comes out of the business end of these products is what is needed to get even 1/2 the results you see on tv. If you can hold a toy with your fingers while "cleaning" it with the steamer, that steam is not hot enough. This machine appears to be very similar to the Hahn which is ok for mickey-mouse cleaning but not if you have consistent tough jobs or are really seeking to disinfect chemically-free.
Thanks for your concurrence and warnings to not waste our time & $$$, neither of which alot of us have not enough of.
If I got this for free, I'd probably use it to do the final "spit-shine"........after I'd already done the serious removing work with chemicals & elbow grease.
Thanks again-
Kate"
