"Problems started with installation. Screws that held the top on were rusted tight. Contacted TRAC and was told they knew this was a problem. Finally got it installed and tried to use it. Free fall worked fine, but when we pushed the UP button for retrieval, the gears would not engage. Again we contacted TRAC, and AGAIN we were told that they knew this was a problem. They have sent us new gears for both units that we purchased. If we had known we would have to rebuild these units within a month of purchase, we would not have wasted our time."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
