"Began to take with regular exercise but after a while it started to make me feel anxious and on edge, like I needed to be running or working out all the time. I had to take it with food and lots of water otherwise it would upset my stomach. Overall it is a very strong product, I don't recommend it to those who don't exercise regularly or those with digestive problems."
