Viking lPortable Induction Cooker Review
Pros
Cons
Best Uses
"I tried an number of portable induction units before setting on the Viking one. Basically it's all about the BTUs (15,000 on this model) and I needed something that would boil water fast. Less expensive units operated with less wattage which I suspect is why they were slower to heat up. Also the construction of this unit feels built to last. Worth spending 2 to 3 times as much for the Viking than a cheaper one if you require such power and durability."
