"I purchased the Vortex in the fall to supplement my primary heating source, a heat pump, which is not ideal for New England winters. However, it has proven powerful enough to keep my 652 sq.ft. top floor condo evenly heated and cozy down to nearly single digit outside temps. My power bill averaged $100.00 less per month than the previous owner's. It is quiet and unobtrusive and won't take up a lot of closet space come spring. The best portable heater I have ever used."
