"We had product delivered a week ago, and installed ourselves. Fit, finish, and overall aesthetics excellent. The product was packaged very well, and the Sears delivery people were prompt, courteous, and customer oriented.

So far it works very well with one exception. Out of the box, the unit's hot surface light was on, and has not gone out. This is the light that tells you your glass cooktop is too hot to touch. Whirlpool sent out a technician who di a quick and thorough diagnosis. We must wait a week for parts, but to replace the part (a burner sensor), we will be forced to pull it out of it's resting place. More to come in a week....
