"this bacon was a major treat for us. I try to avoid using bacon because of the fat and nitrates. When I bought this, on impulse, I was amazed at the taste texture and all around great quality. Blt's made with this heiloom tomatoes and fresh from the farm butter lettuce, took us to heaven! The best part is, while with alot of bacon about the only taste is salty, this is so packed with flavor, a little goes a long way!"
