"I loved this bacon. This is my second time purchasing it and It was better then I remembered. It had a lovely smokey flavor but that didn't overpower the speical taste of the wild boar which was sweet, meaty and complex. I made some for breakfast with poached eggs and rice. Very good. I should save the bacon fat but alas I didn't this time."
