"This WP cooker is very similar in many ways to the excellent Nesco cooker, but the WP version has some very unpleasant features. The user interface is quite bizarre and hard to use. To lower the cooking time you must RAISE the cooking time past zero. I've been unable to figure out what the "meat" "vegetable" and so on settings mean relative to the usual "high" and "low" settings specified in cookbooks. The pressure valve is noisy and confusing to use. I could go on. Just get the Nesco."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
