Mine had a gap in the outer sheet metal which allowed me to see inside the oven (and heat to escape) Great job on pizza, but you have to be certain that the pizza shelf slides in the brackets on both sides or it will tilt and produce uneven cooking. Its hard to see in poor light. Oven does not cook evenly unless you rotate the food. It has a decent capacity and an interior light. There is no light for the lower (pizza)oven."
