"After a morning shower, I spray on about 4 pumps on each side on my neck pressure points where the carotid arteries are. The heat actually blends the oils in with your PH. After work in the evening, another shower and spray away once again. The Cartier fragrances are so well made and the ingredients are very high quality, that for the past 12 years, that is all that I have been wearing.
