"I purchased this recently at gnc. I am also an on and off user of vitamins because I never really know which ones absorb. I felt a bit of a difference. At first I thought perhaps my mind psychologically was telling me that taking all those "pills" meant that it has to work, but I feel it actually works I believe it did help me improve somewhat. I like that it's all in one packet so I don't have so many bottles laying around so it's easy to take, especially I'm a busy mom. I feel a bit energized, not a surge of energy but more a general sense of well being. Natural. I also take other supplement drinks with my vitamins. I feel a little more healthier. Not sure if that's just my imagination. I will be purchasing it again because I'm about running out. I'm on my 3rd week . There's definitely some improvement with my wellbeing. It's more suttle and natural. So if you like something natural this packet seems good. I like how I feel with it. I like the fact is has a balance of everything the calcium and the other stuff in natural amounts. I like that it is also packeted and not in a bottle so that I can tell it's sealed and fresh. After all what good are vitamins if it has lost the potency in the air or being exposed. So the packaging is important to me, and the seal of freshness. I think it does exactly what it is . a Supplement" a good feel good pack and a start to a healthier life. I will buy again to replenish my supply. I'm not expecting a one time answer to all my problems or a miracle in a bottle. With these vitamins, it's simply a supplement and I find that it helped. It's not a surge of miracles, but more like a nice supplement for me to feel good and healthier. I like it. It's simple and I feel better."
