"I have tried other OTC products for a bad case of tailor's bunion and hammertoes, and Yoga Toes seems by far the most promising. So far, they've been more effective--and less painful--than anything else I've tried, but it's still too early to tell if the improvement I've noticed will have any lasting effect.

I found the instructions that came with them rather sketchy, so if you have trouble putting them on I recommend going to the manufacturer's website, which provides more detailed instructions. Once you get the hang of it they're not hard to use, especially if you wet them down (just hold under running water for a second) before trying to put them on.

Be sure to follow the manufacturer's recommendation and do NOT try to walk while wearing Yoga Toes; it's uncomfortable and possibly dangerous. Aside from that, I'm generally satisfied with the product and hopeful about its effectiveness in straightening out my toes."
