"I bought these because I noticed my right foot changing. The bone leading from my big toe had started to protrude, and the toes were shifting in the other direction, causing lots of pain. A quick 'net search showed me that it was a bunion in progress. Yikes! I had heard of those, and didn't want one, so I started researching what to do about it, and YogaToes came up. Overstock.com had the best deal of course, so I decided to order the small size to start with. I am between their recommended sizes based on my measurements, so I figured starting smaller would be ideal. Sure enough, the product took some getting used to, but once I did, ahhh! Relief! Soon I chose to move on to the medium size, which at first hurt quite a lot. I couldn't even fit my smaller toes through it at all. It's a matter of getting in shape, like any other stretching. It took about a week, with gradually building up more minutes each time. Now it feels heavenly to use my medium sized YogaToes! I'd sleep in them if I could make it work, but the device catches on my blankets and I'm not going to sleep on top the blankets. I use them several times a day, whether watching TV, working at my desk, or relaxing with my cats. I also receive regular chiropractic care for my feet. I definitely credit YogaToes with providing pain relief, although I do not believe the product alone will eliminate the whole problem; it is a great accompaniment to an overall plan! The YogaToes come with their own convenient case for storage and travel -- I will not be without them!"
