"After the rave reviews, I tried this product for a cold sore that came up unexpectedly. Although it was better than not using anything at all, it did not work well for me. The cold sore continued to get worse. Finally, after two days of giving it a good try, I gave up and covered the cold sore with Abreeva and the next morning, it was almost gone. Glad it worked so well for others - just not my choice."
