"This is my sunblock of choice - great when playing on the snow, water, trails, anywhere I want full protection. Its best attributes are that it's sweat-proof and non-greasy, and by the way, it really stays on and lasts through the long-haul. This lotion has an spf 30 rating which can sometimes be difficult to find...." Read Full Review

"This sunscreen is great and really is waterproof (you can sweat, swim, etc. and you still get great protection). I use it at the beach and pool and never get burned. "This sunscreen is great and really is waterproof (you can sweat, swim, etc. and you still get great protection). I use it at the beach and pool and never get burned. It also lasts a really long time and you don't have to constantly reapply the sunscreen. I always have a difficult time getting the product to quickly absorb into my skin. It just takes forever to get it to rub in completely and you walk around with white gunk showing on your skin until it is fully absorbed. Other than that, it works fine."

Cons:
"OK, this product feels great, does not drip into the eyes when playing sports, and will prevent you from getting a sunburn. But, despite the UVA/UVB claim by the company, this product while providing some UVA protection, does NOT provide true broad spectrum UVA protection. Although both UVA and UVB rays can age skin and cause cancer, the most constant and problematic rays with respect to cancer are UVA. The only products that are approved by the FDA for complete UVA protection are those that contain avobenzone and zinc ioxide, (including titanium dioxide). This product contains NONE of the above. However, and here is the the worst part of this scam, the product with this exact name and packaging used to contain avobenzone. I used it for years and loved it. The company just kept the name (and the claim) and dropped the most important UVA cancer fighting ingredient. So if you have been using this product for some time and are not aware of this change, be warned. You don't have to believe me. Just read what Coppertone says on their own website in their FAQ"s:
"Q: What is "broad spectrum protection"?
A: The sun's ultraviolet spectrum ranges from 290 nanometers (nm) to 400 nm, with UVB rays at the lower end and UVA rays at the higher end. Broad spectrum protection refers to sunscreen products that contain ingredients that protect against UVB and UVA rays up to 360 nm or above. Avobenzone and zinc oxide are the only FDA-approved sunscreen active ingredients that provide broad spectrum protection throughout the entire UVA spectrum."
Nice of them to call our attention to this important change in the product."

Cons:
"This is the brand I have been with for about 4 years now and this SPF sport works exceptionally well for me. I am so glad they have not added avobenzone to like some of thier other spf's which I can no longer use - due to high allergic reaction to that ingredient. I have quite fair skin and use this daily in the summer. I like how it absorbs into my skin with no sticky feel andI am still pale when I return from a day at the beach....so Thumbs up !!"
Pros:
"I run a 30+ field crew throughout the length of the summer. They are in the sun for 8+ hours a day, 6 days a week and sweat VERY profusely. We provide each of them with a bottle of sunscreen and for years, this is the product we choose. It rubs in well, isn't greasy, and protects from sunburn great! I will continue to use this sunscreen as long as it remains as effective as it is now and has always been."
Pros:
"It soaks in very quickly and is not greasy at all. I am very fair skinned and I only applied it once to be at the beach and in the ocean all day (various water sports), and I didn't get burned at all! It has a mild sunscreen smell, but that goes away after soaking in. I also bought the spf 50 which also works great. Next I will try the 15 so I can get more of a tan :)"
Pros:
"I am in the Middle East , Qatar, where the temperatures are above 100-120 degrees. Coppertone sport sunblock is by far the best. I play a lot of golf and it is the only one that does not show, in other words I am not white. It absorbs very well. That is why I order it and bring it back with me."
Pros:
"My husband and I have been using Coppertone Sport Sunblock for years and have been happy with its performance. I particularly like the way it rubs in easily and is not sticky or greasy. We re-apply it about every two hours."
Pros:
"I was enthusiastic to try this product, but was disappointed. I have had extensive and expensive pulsed light treatments to eradicate UV-induced skin damage acquired over 20 years of sunbathing. Thus, my sunscreen demands are high; I require sunscreen every day of every season. This product is acceptable for legs and arms, but it is unsuitable for use under face makeup. The product rolls up and flakes off like a cheap dry-oil when I attempt to put makeup over it. South Beach Sun Sport Zinc Sunblock, SPF 50, another drugstore.com product, is better. The zinc is flawless for prepping my face for makeup, which then goes on perfectly. So, I will give the Coppertone to our beach-going guests who visit us in Charleston."
"I applied this SPF 30 to my entire body before going to the beach. I was on my stomach for no more than one hour, and my back got burnt to a crisp. This product has no protection whatsoever. I've tried other brands with lesser SPF than this one that had more protection. Do not buy if you want protection."
