Great Abs Diet
"I bought this with the Abs Diet Book and a couple of other Abs books by the same author. I could have done without this one since the Abs Diet is pretty comprehensive with regard to the purpose of diet and great recipes to use. "Throughout this book the author David Zinczenko tells the reader how easy his book will make their dieting efforts. I do not totally agree. While reading the main contents of this book I would be thrown off by him putting success stories or informational tips right thru a section.
