"I travel frequently to places where you need to pack light, move fast, and have no time for complex hardware. I also need a still camera, video recorder, MP3 player (to stay sane), voice-memo recorder, and reliable data storage that won't take up too much space in a carry-on, or arouse the greed of some nation's customs officials. "I use it with an external camera, mike mounted to a motorcycle. Does a great job. At highest VGA resolution and slow speed SD card going 45mph it does pause for shortimes to write to disk. With faster card it would probably not slow down at all.
For me it the batter seems to last for over two hour
