"First, this is definitely a "YouTube" camcorder, which means the video you record with this unit should be used on the Web where it will be viewed on computer screens at 320 x 240 resolution. For that purpose, this camcorder actually does a pretty good job. My ISDV2.4 does a remarkably good job in low-light conditions. "That's really not important, what I pay for I want to get my monies worth. In this camcorder it's not happening. I've gone through a container of AA battery's. "I thought this camera was great the first week I bought it. It has the camcorder and voice and mp3 player all in one. But the pictures are junk. They're blurry and the color is terrible. $100 wasted just like that. "
