"These containers are perfect for storing foods. Left-overs and perishables never used to last in my refrigerator and I would throw them out before getting a chance to eat them. Now with my Lock & Lock storage containers I'm able to keep my food fresh for much longer.
I put everything in them from raw vegetables to soups and cereal. Being a single woman it takes much longer to go through foods as fast as a family would so I found these extremely useful and worth paying a bit more than disposable containers.
The only warning I have is to take note of the measurements listed. The pictures look much larger than the actual size of the containers."

"First started to use these containers for storage in our RV, because of the locking lids and being lightweight. I fell in love with them and started using them for just about everything in the home. I store flours, sugars, pancake mix, popcorn, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, cornstarch and pastas. I plan to order more for other items."

"The lock and lock products are conveniently sized, extremely durable and provide both cold storage and microwave heating for foods. They also are useful for dry storage of foods--rice, flour, sugar, etc. I only wish the combination of sizes was more practical--rather than having to get 3 different sizes, multiples of more populat sizes would be preferrable."

"This is great since I usually have lots of fruits and veggies in the fridge but take my time to finish them. They last so much longer in these containers!
The "6-piece set" threw me off though -- thought i was going to get 6 containers.. but ended up with 3... because the tops count as separate pieces."
