The only thing I found that works
"For 20 years I have experienced every kind of digestive problem you can have. I got a little better with digestive enzymes but still experienced swelling and pain often. After starting align, I was better within a month. I now take it every day. When I forget for a couple of days, I remember when I start hurting again, so I get right back on it. "This is a very good probiotic formulation. If you need help to digest certain foods such as caffeine, chocolate, dairy, or other, you may find this helpful. However, a couple of problems: 1.) The "once daily" dose called out on the label is insufficient. In order to be effective, one tablet must be taken before each meal that includes a problem food. 2.)
