"Works well for its intended use but for some reason they manufactured it not to unhook, because of this you have to step into it or put it over your head and also it doesn't tighten around your waste. "For the money this a nice complement to your gym. I use this for weighted dips, but you could also use for pull ups if you wanted a little extra weight. As far as having to step into to the belt, it took a little to get use to, but after a couple of times it's a non-issue. "
