"WOW!! I've only had my washer since Saturday when they delivered it but omg.. I love, love, love it! No more wondering whether the washer is done., (washer is at other end of the house). I have a four year old son, and I was delighted to find that not only does this washing machine come with a door lock it also comes with a conrtol lock. needs updated pump

"I bought this washer in April 2008 I have had to have a service tech out 2 times. And on saturday they are coming out for the 3rd time. One of the biggest problems is that the pump does not have a screen to keep objects such as coins out of the pump. I do not know anyone who can quarantee they didnt miss something in a pocket.
