Looking forward to lasting performance!
"So far, so good. Looking forward to a lasting performance. The only thing the AC/heat lacks is an automatic on/off temp control ie setting the control to say 75 degrees and when the temp is 75 or hotter the ac comes on and when it is below 75 the heat pump comes on. "Pricey: Otherwise, the product fits well enough into the old exiting Amana through the wall A/C Htg unit. I would be interested in the same dimensions A/C only product that runs on 220V at a less expensive cost. [...] "

Works great ,so far.
"This unit works much better than my old one. I had to use space heaters through most of the winter and my electric bills went through the roof.Hopefully this model will be even more efficient than my old unit when it saw better days. "

HEAT??45 DEGREES OR BELOW, FORGET IT!!!!
"I INSTALLED THIS ON JANUARY 29, 2008. WE HAD SEVERAL DAYS OF LESS THAN 45 DEGREES. IT WOULD NOT HEAT MY ROOM AT ALL. [...] IT MADE A TERRIBLE NOISE AND QUIT HEATING AT ALL. [...] "
