"REVIEW: Prior to purchasing this size iPod, I did a thorough research of it. I look at Apple.com, reviews through [...], etc. I was keenly aware of the fact that the service, screen and backing of the silver iPod would be easily scratched. I knew that "160GB" did not mean it would be "exactly" 160GB due to the conversion of bytes. Mathematically, it just does not add up. You actually get 149GB on this size i..." Read Full Review »

Lousy tech support, waste of $$$$
"Let me start by admitting this is my 4th iPod, and I didn't have any problems with the previous 3 except the simple truth my media files exceeded my storage capacity, so...160GB seemed like a plausible solution. I still own the previous gen (5.5) 80GB iPod video and it works perfectly fine. This 160GB Classic is a nightmare and Apple's lack of product support is shear lunacy.
