Good for Maintenance
"These products are not miracle drugs for weight loss. You MUST follow a healthy diet and MUST exercise. I use the Tea products as an anti-oxident supplement and as an aid to the above mentioned and most important ways to lose and maintain weight; again.....healthy diet and excercise...." Might work, hard to confirm.
"It's easy to use but there is no reliable way to tell if it is really working or not. My blood sugar still rises after eating carbs while taking this product so without some extensive testing I can't say if it has any effect. It does reduce my guilt in eating carbs however :) My guess is that it has some limited effect so I suppose it's better than nothing...." Read Full Review »
