Great little heater
"As a retiree the family is very cost aware. We have these little tanks at every sink, kitchen & bath room. They work great and supply enough for dishes and toothbrushing. They are very inexpensive to operate. It took 1 hour and 2 water supply lines to install under the sink. An additional 45 minutes took to wire in an outlet under the sink to supply the HWH. Disappointed after catastrophic failure
"We have had our unit for three years. It has worked well in that time however we came to work one day this week to a flood. The unit had a catastrophic structural failure that resulted in hundreds (maybe thousands) of gallons of water spilled in the second floor bathroom that leaked down to a first floor equipment storage room. "Great concept - poor execution. To change thermostat setting, you have to remove 3 screws and three plastic covers. There are no calibration marks on the thermostat.
