"It is perfect, Better than my sony MDR700. good for long hours of listening to music, tight bass. Doesn't require a headphone amp to make great sound. One bad thing is that the cord is not coiled like the MDR700 so i have to watch where i place the cord. I listen to mp3, flac, and wav file formats. "
